Privacy policy

Controller and scope
MT PIKENE GLOBAL SECURITY (MTPGS), 5 rue Pleyel, Bureau 3, 93200 Saint-Denis, France, is the controller for enquiries received through this website. This policy covers contact, quotation, callback and application forms, email notifications, administration and external-service preferences. It describes the supplied technical implementation and must be updated if actual processing changes.
Information collected
Depending on the form, we collect your name, email, telephone, company, requested service, town or postcode, planned dates and frequency, and message. Applications also include mobility, availability, relevant qualifications and a PDF CV limited to 5 MB. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to process the request; other fields are optional. We cannot properly process a request without the necessary information. Avoid including health information, bank details, identity documents or sensitive information in messages and CVs.
Purposes and legal bases
Quotation requests and exchanges about your own project are processed to take steps at your request before a contract. When you contact MTPGS on behalf of an organisation or with a general question, processing relies on its legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. Applications are reviewed in preparation for a possible employment contract. Abuse prevention, access control and limited audit records rely on the legitimate interest in securing the services. Optional external maps rely on your consent. Marketing consent is never required to submit a form, and forms do not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and notifications
Authorised MTPGS personnel access enquiries according to their responsibilities. Commercial enquiries are notified separately to martin_tchibinda@yahoo.fr, guymt.consulting@gmail.com and contact@mtpgs.fr. Applications go to the separately configured recruitment recipient; CVs remain in private storage and are not sent through WhatsApp. Hosting and email providers are involved according to the services actually activated. Administration distinguishes management, commercial and recruitment access.
Retention and deletion
The supplied settings delete contact and quotation requests after 365 days, callback requests after 90 days and applications after 180 days from registration. No permanent candidate pool is enabled. Duplicate markers are removed after one hour, rate-limit records after expiry, and administrative audit records after 180 days. The scheduled task applies these deletions. Contracts, accounting obligations or disputes require separate retention if a file is created. MTPGS must organise deletion of received emails and backups: deleting website records does not automatically erase these copies.
External services and transfers
Fonts, images and scripts are hosted locally; no advertising or third-party analytics tool is loaded by default. Google Maps loads only after your choice and a loading action. A WhatsApp link opens an external service; an enquiry summary is sent only if you confirm it within WhatsApp. Notifications to Yahoo and Gmail involve their email providers. Depending on their contracts and infrastructure, these services may process information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards, subprocessors and transfers must be checked against the actual accounts used. External services are also subject to their providers’ policies.
Security and operation
The backend stores enquiries in a private database outside the web directory and protects CVs with access controls. Forms include server validation, session protection, antispam controls and submission limits. Notifications are recorded before dispatch and retried after temporary failures. A request reference supports follow-up. Registration confirmation does not prove email receipt: administration distinguishes pending notifications from those accepted by SMTP. No security measure provides an absolute guarantee.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction under the conditions of the GDPR. Portability applies to eligible processing based on contract or consent. You may object to legitimate-interest processing according to your circumstances, and withdraw map consent through cookie preferences without retroactive effect. Send requests to contact@mtpgs.fr or, if unavailable, martin_tchibinda@yahoo.fr, or write to the registered office. State the purpose and, where possible, the enquiry reference. Proportionate identity verification may be needed if there is reasonable doubt. We normally respond within one month; a reasoned extension may apply to complex requests.
Complaints and automated decisions
You may complain to the French supervisory authority, the CNIL, through cnil.fr. This website does not perform advertising profiling, candidate scoring or automated decisions with legal effects. Enquiries are reviewed by people. This policy is reviewed when tools, recipients or purposes change.
